Township Road Department

Sealed bids will be received by Conestoga Township of Lancaster County for the paving of various roads in Conestoga Township for the year of 2025. The bids will be received until 10:00am March 25, 2025; at which time bids will be opened and read. All bids must be submitted with a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid payable to Conestoga Township. The project includes milling, base repair, sealing joints, leveling and wearing course. To obtain a set of the bid specifications and documents please contact the office at 717-872-4301 between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm Tuesday – Friday. Conestoga Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and award the bids in the best interest of Conestoga Township. Please schedule a meeting with Township Roadmaster to go over the project prior to bid date. This project is covered by the Prevailing Wage Act. A copy of the rates will be part of the bid packet.
